We understand that purchasing uniforms and workwear can be a significant investment for your business. That's why we offer sample items to help you make informed decisions about your purchases.
How To Make a Request For Samples

Once we receive your email requesting samples, our team will promptly review your request and check our stock to see if the items are available. If the items are not in our stock, don't worry! We are happy to order them in for you when the order quantity is substantial.
We will then email you an invoice, and as soon as we receive your payment, we will process your sample order and ship it out to you.
When you are ready to return the samples, please let us know, and we will email you a return authorisation and postal label to make the process as easy as possible for you. Upon receipt of the returned items, we will issue store credit that can be used towards your final uniform order.
Sampling Terms & Conditions
Sample Availability
We offer samples for most of our products. Please note that not all products may be available for sampling.
Pre-Payment
All sample items must be pre-paid in full before we can ship them to you. We accept major credit cards, PayPal and Brank Transfer
Shipping and Handling
We charge a flat rate of $16.50 for shipping and handling of sample items. This fee is non-refundable.
Sample Return
We ask that you return the sample items to us within 14 days of receiving them. Please email us, and we will send you a return authorisation and postal label to return the samples.
Returned samples eligible for credit:
- Must be in a re-saleable condition, clean, and undamaged (e.g. unused, unworn, unwashed, no make-up stains, no cigarette smell, no pet hair).
- Soiled or damaged samples will not be credited.
Store Credit
Once we receive the sample items back from you, we will issue you store credit that can be used towards your order. The credit amount will be equal to the cost of the sample items, minus the shipping and handling fee.
Exclusions
Please note that custom-made or personalised items are not eligible for sampling. Additionally, we reserve the right to limit the number of samples per customer.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for sample items. However, if you decide to place an order with us, the store credit can be applied towards your purchase.
Returning Samples
The freight charges, incurred to return the samples, will be your responsibility.
